Heat the olive oil in a large skillet. Add ground turkey.
At the same time, bring water to boil. Once it comes to a boil, salt like the sea and add macaroni to cook until tender. About 8-10 minutes. Drain and set aside.
Sauté the ground turkey until it is browned. Add onion, red bell pepper, and jalapeno. Cook until veggies are tender.
Add tomato paste, water, butter, milk, and cheese packets. Stir well. Then add the grated cheese.
Finally, add the cooked macaroni to the sauce mixture, stir together and serve.
