Ingredients
Shortbread crust bottom
Pie filling
Instructions
  1. Combine first three ingredients: flour, brown sugar, butter. Cut in butter with a pastry blender until crumbly in appearance. Press mixture into a prepared 9″x13″ pan.
  2. Bake crust in a 350 degree oven for 15 minutes or lightly golden brown.
  3. Mix remaining ingredients in a bowl. Pour over browned shortbread crust. Continue baking in oven for an additional 30-35 minutes until set.
  4. Allow to cool completely prior to cutting into bars.
