and a few other ingredients equals? Love. It equals pure LOVE!
Or at least for me. I adore hummus so much that we all joke about the fact that I can eat it for pretty much any meal. And I have been known to harass my parents and say that the reason is because they are “Old Austin Hippies” and that is why I like the things that I do. Well, I do not know how much truth there is to that…but it is funny.
This Roasted Red Pepper and Garlic Hummus is so lick-your-fingers good you may want to make it every week. And do not worry. If you do not like red peppers, just omit them completely and add what you prefer. Perhaps more garlic, or other spices like cumin or make it Mediterranean style with Kalamata olives. You will L-O-V-E this hummus!
