A bit of Cornwall in ATX

They say that it is the little things that mean the most. This tiny little container of sea salt has just made my day! Found it right here at my local H.E.B. market in Austin, Texas.

A few months ago, my husband and I were watching a show on Netflix called Escape to the Country. Which we love! And if memory serves me correctly, they showed this salt plant in Cornwall. Here is a little snip-it that I found on YouTube of their factory.

The process amazed me at the time and I swore that I would search them out to see if we could purchase it locally or even online. Because, you know…most anything can be purchased online these days. Of course, I forgot. But low and behold, today,  it literally jumped out at me when buying groceries. I am so excited to try it for myself. To elevate the flavor game of new and old recipes.

I will make sure to post what my experience is with using it after I have a chance to try it out. I’ve got so many ideas! Just wish the container was larger. LOL!!!!

Here is a link to their sweet company’s webpage so that you can take a look for yourself. I know all of my fellow foodies will be just as excited as I am. <3
