Time to get your slow cooker out and let it do the work!
Prepare a 3-4 pound Pork Boston Butt Roast that is Boneless by rubbing Gretchen’s BBQ Spice Rub ALL OVER it!
Place it inside the slow cooker and surround it with sliced onions. Add 1 cup of water. Cover and cook on high for 5-6 hours.
Once the pork roast is fully cooked, shred the meat with two forks, add your favorite BBQ sauce, cover and let cook on low for another hour. Serve on mini potato rolls.
Serves 15-20 depending on how much pulled pork you put on the potato rolls.
